Ways to Support
A contribution to The Radix Project—whether through time, expertise, or financial support—is an investment in the social and economic advancement of at risk young adults. Each act of support strengthens the systems that empowers marginalized young adults to lead independent lives, and contribute meaningfully to their communities and the broader economy.

OPPORTUNITY
The Radix Project invites forward-thinking businesses and professionals to partner with us in shaping the next generation of resilient, capable young adults. Many of the youth we serve are eager to explore career pathways, build practical skills, and develop the responsibility and discipline required to succeed in today’s workforce. Your partnership provides them with access to real-world environments, professional expectations, and the mentorship that transforms potential into readiness.
By offering internships, job-shadowing opportunities, skills training, or industry insight, you help young adults understand what is possible—and what it takes—to achieve long-term stability. In turn, your organization benefits from engaging emerging talent, strengthening community relationships, and contributing to a more prepared and equitable workforce.
Together, we can create meaningful employment experiences that empower young adults to take ownership of their futures and establish the foundations for lifelong success.
