Ways to Support

"We repeat what we don't repair."

Every young person who leaves the justice system and does not return is a life redirected — and a public cost never paid again. Radix works at the root of that cycle. Your support is what lets the work take root and hold.

FOR FUNDERS

FOUNDATIONS & INSTITUTIONAL FUNDERS

The Radix Project is actively seeking foundation and institutional support to sustain and scale our three-program model in Contra Costa County. We are an emerging organization in the sweet spot that many funders seek — an established 501(c)(3) with a clear theory of change, a defined geographic focus, and no duplication in our service area.

We welcome introductions, site visits, and letters of inquiry from program officers and institutional funders working in juvenile justice, restorative practices, youth development, racial equity, and community safety.

EMPLOYERS & PROFESSIONALS

PARTNER WITH US

Radix invites employers to give young people something a program cannot manufacture on its own: real work, real expectations, and the mentorship that turns capability into readiness. Through internships, job-shadowing, skills training, or industry exposure, you give participants a direct line to what stability requires — and gain early access to motivated talent.
