The Radix Project is a specialized nonprofit organization dedicated to interrupting the cycle of youth incarceration. We work alongside justice-involved youth and those identified as at-risk — meeting them where they are, and helping them build toward where they deserve to be.
We were founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that when young people engage in harmful behavior, it is rarely the whole story. Behind every incident is a history — of trauma, of unmet needs, of systems that failed to intervene early enough. Meaningful change doesn't come from punishing the symptom. It comes from addressing the root.
